Please remember that all architectural changes require prior written approval before proceeding. This includes any change that can be seen from the exterior of the house. 

Once your completed application is received by PPM, the Board will review the application and the ARC liaison will make a recommendation.  The official vote will be provided to PPM and we will notify you of the result.
