Several homeowners have recommended RPI for deck repairs. RPI has provided a coupon, should any homeowner be interested.
UPCOMING PROJECTS
The HOA is considering several projects over the next couple of years. These projects may or may not come to fruition, but to make residents aware of projects under consideration, we will list them here:
- Possible shelter/ roof over the mailboxes
- Landscaping and/or hardscaping project in the courtyard area
- Additional lighting in the common areas

COURTYARD RENOVATIONS
Please note that the association is undertaking courtyard renovations. Step one is installing new Bermuda sod. Bermuda likes hot weather and needs less water than fescue. However, when first installed, it needs tender care. So, we ask that you please mind the signs and keep off the grass until the signs are removed. No people or pets should walk on the new sod to help ensure it flourishes. Thank you.

COMMUNICATION
Keep an eye out for additional methods of communication from the association. These will include message boards at the mailbox kiosks, more frequent newsletters, and more frequent updates to the newly-revamped community website.
COURTYARD RENOVATION
New sod will soon be added to the courtyard. The association opted for low-maintenance Bermuda sod, which requires less water and fewer chemical treatments to thrive. In order to have the best base to put down the new sod, we need to kill the old. The courtyard will look bad for a couple of weeks as we treat it in order to kill off the fescue. Signs will be placed around the courtyard and we ask that you avoid the area during our renovation. Thank you.
JOIN US FOR CASINO NIGHT!
The Townes at Crabtree Second Annual Casino Night will be held Saturday, June 17 at 7 PM in the community courtyard. Again, we will have hors d'oeuvres, casino games, and a great night with your neighbors! BYOB, please. We hope to see everyone there!
